Worst experience ever. Unreliable staff with false commitments. Charging money for alternations and making a fool of customers by not delivering timely and as per the required fitting before wedding days. Will not recommend. The owners should know how the staffs behave with the customers.

EXTREME MISMANAGEMENT. The customer experience is absolutely terrible. They showed us 7-8 lehengas in 2 hours. Very slow service. The appointment system is also flawed. We booked for 2:30, got the entry at 3:30. The staff doesn’t provide accurate information. After asking multiple times, they still took us to see the collection we did not want to see. This was after informing them in advance that we wanted to see a specific collection. Wasted an entire day because of their nonsense.

For bridal lehenga this one is definitely not good . first they will show you lehnga of very lower range than suddenly went to higher range And too long delivery time they are taking ,and sell dummy pieces instead of making new one For finishing only they take 1 month. Cost of finishing is also too high . And even after booking your lehnga they give it to other customers for trails use your booked lehnga like dummy piece.
